Michael Kors, Vacaville, CA - Assistant Manager (March 2013 - September 2017): As Assistant Manager, I spearheaded the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of supervisor and sales candidates, while also leading daily coaching for a team of 4 supervisors and 30 sales associates to drive sales and maintain excellent customer service in a luxury environment. My role as Sales Supervisor (January 2012 - February 2013) involved being a key member of a 6-member management team that raised the customer conversion rate from 7% to 12%. I implemented training in sales engagement, customer relationship building, and store branding through various strategies including presentation and merchandising skills, also leading sales training meetings across different locations.

Prior to my roles at Michael Kors, I managed a $10 million advertising budget as the Advertising Manager and Charitable Contributions Manager at Hastings Entertainment, Amarillo, TX (June 2007 - July 2010), significantly increasing sales through targeted advertising campaigns for 147 store locations and managing charitable contributions. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX (August 2001 - December 2006). I have also been actively involved in community and educational roles, including being a student at Deeper School of Ministry, Vacaville, CA (2010 - 2012), a board member of Amarillo Adult Literacy Council and Amarillo Opera (2009 - 2010), and president of Kappa Kappa Gamma (2004 - 2005), where I led numerous chapter initiatives.
